Pressure and mechanical testing
Measurements of internal pressure in the first camber of the suppressors by firing a 308 win in 55 cm barrel is around 240 bar @ 2-5 ms (max peak)
This is a very short impulse and the pressure will drop quickly bellow 100 bar.
In order to verify the strength and capacity of our suppressors we have conducted three types of verification tests.
1.
Max dynamic pressure:
Suppressor is fired vertically filled with water.
2.
Static pressure testing:
The suppressors is tested for maximum pressure until rupture in first chamber and in the front.
3.
100 rounds maximum speed from semi auto x three times.
Suppressors fired more than 3000 rounds after without any signs of damage or erosion.
