Heat resistence

Titanium has a very high temperature resistance without significantly losing its mechanical strength, which makes the safety margins when fired hot, still above the normal standards.​

The interior baffle design will not erode and cause weakness or loose parts, when fired in normal bolt and semi-automatic rifles.​

Vanward suppressors can be used together with thermal cover without the risk of breaking due the increased temperature it will cause.​

At 200 deg.C the Titanium has approximately 6 times higher tensile strength compared to the high strength Aluminum alloy 7075-T6
