Heatshield

Made from heat-resistant insulation material used in the oil and gas industry. It features a special silicone lining on the inside to provide a better grip on the suppressor and prevent slipping. The maximum temperature resistance for the silicone is 270°C for 5 minutes, with short-term resistance up to 650°C. The Heat Shield must be removed from the suppressor after shooting sessions to prevent the silicone liner to be overheated and to allow the suppressor to cool down faster.

Available in two sizes, one for Hunter and Hunter Pro, and one for Felt and Ultralight.

Maximum of 15 to 30 rapid fire - no fully automatic shooting.

Thermal performance
In this test we shot 15 shots in less than 60 seconds in a 308 Win with 41cm barrel.
Heatshield surface reached only 45°C, eliminating the mirage effect from the suppressor (reaching 280°C)
